Xeomin Aftercare
You should allow about two weeks for your Xeomin results to fully settle in. During that time, we recommend the following aftercare steps for best results:

Avoid bending over or laying down for the first 4 hours

Avoid blood-thinning medications like ibuprofen

Avoid massaging or rubbing the treatment area for four hours

Avoid hot environments like saunas, hot showers, or hot tubs

Avoid elevating your heart rate or exercising for 24 hours

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
It’s best to exercise the treated muscles for the first 30 minutes after treatment to help the product take hold. You may have some redness at the injection sites, but you can gently cover this with makeup if needed. Xeomin can last for 3-4 months, at which point you can return to our injectors for your next treatment.
